Join our team as an L2 Technical Support Consultant for a project specializing in derivatives and capital markets risk management, where you will provide technical support and develop backend systems.

In Short

• Provide L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
• Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction.
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
• Communicate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• 2+ years experience in back-end software development.
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM, Beijing time.
