  • Manage records of failures and maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • 1–2 years of experience in tech support or similar role
  • Experience in working with logs for troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux
  • Understanding of hardware and software interactions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
