Digital Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness on the online vendor marketplaces.

In Short

• Manage and optimize the website by improving UX and conversions through A/B testing, content updates, and lead magnets;
• Develop and manage execution of a content strategy including articles, case studies, podcasts, and other related initiatives;
• Analyze performance data using GA4 and Clarity to enhance user engagement, increase retention, and guide marketing decisions;
• Coordinate digital projects by collaborating with content, SEO, design, and development teams to achieve shared objectives;
• Drive lead generation and conversion rate optimization by implementing strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads;
• Oversee marketing performance by tracking key KPIs, assessing campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including work with websites, content, and customer acquisition, with 1 year in a managing position;
• Strong analytical skills: proficiency in GA4 (or GA), Microsoft Clarity, and marketing/user behavior analytics tools;
• Experience working with international markets (especially English-speaking: USA, EU) — a big plus, especially in digital/B2B;
• Budgeting and planning skills, sprint setting, and cost control;
• English — B2+ (for working with analytics, platforms, content, and international audiences).
