Middle QA Engineer (Fluent Ukrainian) - Remote

Overview

The SupportYourApp product team is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to help ensure the stability, security, and quality of AI responses. We are working on creating B2B AI solutions - chat agents and tools based on AI. We deal with complex scenarios where accuracy, tone of communication, and adherence to instructions are crucial.

In Short

• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• Conduct manual testing of new features, AI responses, and interfaces;
• Verify the correctness of integrations with LLM, vector databases, and APIs;
• Analyze edge cases, validate tone, logic, and accuracy of model responses;
• Write automated tests (smoke/regression) preferably using Cypress or Playwright;
• Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and Product Owners;
• Validate the quality of responses in production (human feedback loop);
• Propose and implement solutions to improve code quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Manual or QA Full-Stack engineer;
• Understanding of REST API, ability to test using Postman;
• Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium);
• Experience testing AI/ML products;
• Ability to read logs, analyze errors, work with CI/CD;
• Basic knowledge of Git, experience with Jira or similar task trackers;
• Knowledge of AI/ML systems - how LLMs, prompts, and vector databases work;
• Responsibility, independence, attention to detail.
