Requirements

• MD, DO, FMG, or RN required.
• RHIA, RHIT, or related degree preferred.
• 5 years of inpatient clinical experience.
• 2+ years in clinical documentation or coding.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRGs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.
• CCDS or equivalent certification required.
• Coding Specialist certification preferred.
