In Short

• Run and oversee U.S. payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows for U.S. employees
• Serve as the internal resource for U.S. employment law
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies as needed
• Administer U.S. benefits programs including medical and 401(k)
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies
• Support a consistent, high-quality employee experience
• Collaborate with leadership across the company
• Ensure HR systems remain accurate and audit-ready

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or people operations roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal employment law
• Hands-on payroll experience
• Experience administering benefits programs
• Ability to work independently and own processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator
• Comfortable in a fast-moving team environment
