Overview

Sunflower Bank, N.A is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Application Engineer. The Application Engineer is responsible for providing Level I and Level II application support on common office productivity tools and devices.

In Short

• Provide technical support for banking application-related issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and fix bugs.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of banking applications.
• Document support processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience providing application support.
• Operational knowledge of condition monitoring applications.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
