As a Customer Service Executive at SummitNext Technologies, you will provide exceptional support to clients in the logistics industry while working from home in Sarawak.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other tools.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Record and submit complaints using the internal system.
• Must have a diploma and excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
• 1–2 years of BPO experience is preferred.
• Must be customer-oriented with pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in office software and computer operation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Work from home with a stable internet connection.
• Full-time rotational shifts, 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
• 1–2 years of BPO experience is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset and team player.
• Proficient in office software.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must be based in Sarawak.
