In Short

• Support daily operations by ensuring system reliability and quickly resolving user issues
• Manage and secure devices, including updates, configurations, and inventory
• Maintain and improve endpoint management via MDM tools
• Fix recurring issues by improving existing tools, workflows, and configurations
• Design new systems and workflows to support growth and scalability
• Build and automate user onboarding, access, and support workflows
• Implement new tooling and processes that scale with the organization
• Anticipate future needs and create adaptable, forward-looking solutions
• Administer identity systems using tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Provide remote support and basic network troubleshooting for office infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience managing modern SaaS applications
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining MDM tools
• Strong general troubleshooting skills
• Skilled in setting up SSO integrations
• Understanding and experience with domain management
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration
• Proficiency with low-code and scriptable automation platforms
• Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Skills building MDM infrastructure
• Working knowledge of authentication and provisioning protocols
