• Lead technical planning and delivery across core engineering projects.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Write clear requirements and manage the backlog.
• Drive on-time delivery of high-quality systems and tools.
• Surface and communicate project status, risks, and blockers.
• Establish lightweight processes for improved execution.
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to enhance workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project or technical program management.
• Prior experience as a software engineer, ideally within infrastructure or Web3.
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and team dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills.
• Comfort in fast-moving technical ecosystems.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Discord, and Telegram.
• High degree of AI fluency.
• A bias for clarity, learning, and iteration.
