Founding Product Designer & UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a founding Product Designer & UX Researcher to design cutting-edge user experiences at the intersection of Web3 and AI. You'll uncover human needs, create innovative interaction patterns, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

In Short

• Plan and execute mixed-method research including user interviews, diary studies, A/B tests, and analytics.
• Identify pain points related to common web3 patterns.
• Design novel user interactions and flows including AI-assisted ones.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Extend and maintain component libraries in Figma and code.
• Partner daily with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Host design workshops with external developers.
• Contribute to the Rialo community and promote accessibility standards.
• 8+ years building and shipping digital products.
• 2+ years specifically in Web3 environments.
