As the Founding Product Designer at Onton, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that enhance product discovery and decision-making for users, while also shaping the overall design culture of the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing consumer software experiences.
• Confidence in designing and leading 0-to-1 initiatives.
• An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and iteratively.
• Proficiency with most aspects of design, capable of designing anything from high-fidelity prototypes to t-shirts.
