Overview

As a Founding Product Designer at Freeflow, you will be the first hire in the product team, working closely with the founders to create, design, and launch early iterations of the product while engaging with users for feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in digital product design and user experience
• Expertise in running effective user interviews
• 7-10 years of experience in product design
• Data-informed product design and development
• People-focused design mentality
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Proven track record of influencing decision-making
• Online portfolio or PDF to share
