In Short

• Work remotely as part of a team focused on Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Full-time position with semi-flexible hours, requiring at least 5 hours overlap with Eastern Time.
• Handle listing updates, keyword tracking, promotions, and account health monitoring.
• Use AI tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• 2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central required.
• Communicate clearly in English.
• Report directly to the Founder.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
• Monitor and maintain Amazon listings for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for updates and A/B tests.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Experience in customer service and account management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tools such as DataDive and Datarova.
• Experience in creating and following SOPs.
• Ability to manage promotions and affiliate coordination.
