The Senior Manager, Compliance PMO is responsible for leading the project management office across the global Compliance department to ensure effective business results and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• 7+ years in project management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of business financials and reporting.
