Overview

As a Senior Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and product traceability across Stryker’s Endoscopy Division.

In Short

• Investigate field asset data issues to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for field asset issues.
• Lead regulatory and quality assurance data initiatives.
• Analyze and report field asset data trends and risk indicators.
• Educate sales and field teams on compliant asset program requirements.
• Research pathways for resolving missing or non-compliant assets.
• Communicate status updates on delinquent or high-risk assets.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying data quality gaps.
• Propose system or process enhancements for efficiency.
• Support initiatives that improve compliance and traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in data integrity or related role.
• Experience with enterprise data systems or databases.
• Experience designing and using dashboards for decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated industries.
• Preferred: Experience with process improvement projects.

Benefits

• Salary range of $69,500.00 - $144,200.00 plus bonus eligibility.
