Data Integrity Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst to take ownership of the accuracy, completeness, and governance of our Salesforce GTM data. This role is critical in ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams operate with trustworthy, actionable data that drives decision-making and performance.

In Short

• Own the accuracy, completeness, and governance of Salesforce GTM data.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity issues.
• Collaborate closely with sales reps to maintain clean records.
• Execute recurring data audits, validations, and deduplication initiatives.
• Monitor data completeness and accuracy metrics.
• Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal for GTM data processes.
• Enforce compliance with internal governance frameworks.
• Continuously improve existing data quality processes.
