Overview

As our Reimbursement and Market Access Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring patient access to our innovative IVS products by supporting healthcare providers through the complex reimbursement landscape.

In Short

• Respond to reimbursement inquiries from sales teams and healthcare providers.
• Provide information via phone, voicemail, email, and Coding Hotline.
• Research and interpret reimbursement codes and payer policies.
• Support providers with prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Troubleshoot reimbursement challenges with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and coding for claim success.
• Manage inquiries to identify trends for strategic improvements.
• Communicate the value of products to payers and providers.
• Contribute to the development of reimbursement tools and resources.
• Uphold compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in medical coding and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial payer policies.
• Experience with prior authorization and appeals workflows.
• Review and interpret clinical documentation.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or CCS-P preferred.
