HR Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

As our HR Reporting Analyst, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical resource for HR/business system users and the support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience with Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• 1+ year experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• 1+ year experience in the Workday space preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
