Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack internal web applications related to US Customer Solutions at Stryker.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, and deploy lightweight full-stack applications.
• Redesign legacy applications, migrating to Flask/Next.JS.
• Work with the data engineering team to modernize legacy ETL processes.
• Debug and improve applications based on user needs.
• Maintain functionality of existing applications.
• Manage a widely used pricing app for the sales team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Ensure applications integrate into a scalable platform.
• Travel percentage of 10% expected.
• Work in a flexible environment (Remote or Hybrid).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Proficiency in Flask, React, and Next.JS.
• Experience with Azure services and SQL.
• Strong skills in query design and performance tuning.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Python and Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI agents for commercial contracts and pricing.
• Experience with R Shiny for legacy integrations.
