Overview

The Field Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical education and support for Inari Medical products, working closely with local Account Managers to enhance clinical acumen and device handling techniques among physicians.

In Short

• Educate physicians on device handling and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and lead training sessions in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with local Account Managers.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the company.
• Provide education and support for complex field inquiries.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product development teams for feedback.
• Travel up to 80% locally and regionally.
• Participate in a healthcare team for patient treatment.
• Maintain strong relationships with medical staff and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate Degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of three years in a medical device clinical capacity.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to solve clinical problems.
• Open to a dynamic work environment with various stakeholders.
• Night/weekend on-call availability as scheduled.
• Ability to lift light weights (up to 10 pounds).
