Business Data Analyst, Revenue Management - Remote

Overview

As a Business Data Analyst, you will partner with the Commercial business process owner(s) to support global process development through data creation, conversion, and validation, ensuring the achievement of program goals and objectives.

In Short

• Partner with E2E Leads and Business Process Owners.
• Utilize Salesforce and Model N for data management.
• Assist in process workshops and refine requirements.
• Ensure accurate data management and resolution of data defects.
• Support data construction, cleansing, and conversion activities.
• Provide education on data validation and program acceptance.
• Participate in deployment activities and testing.
• Drive adoption of business processes aligned with ERP capabilities.
• Collaborate with various business units and cross-functional teams.
• Travel percentage is 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Experience with Salesforce and Model N.
• Project management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA and Revenue Management preferred.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or PowerQuery is a plus.
