Business Analyst, Field Inventory - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will support the Service and Field Inventory workstream by partnering with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Implementation teams to drive alignment of to-be business processes with ERP capabilities across Stryker divisions and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

• Assist in aligning business processes with ERP capabilities.
• Coordinate SME involvement in key project activities.
• Support data readiness, testing, and training.
• Create business process documentation and maps.
• Participate in process workshops and scoping activities.
• Execute data construction and cleansing activities.
• Support testing activities and training content delivery.
• Travel percentage: 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) preferred.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehousing (BW) preferred.
