Engineering Manager - Issuing - Remote

Overview

As an engineering leader on Issuing, you’ll be leading a group of engineers to partner very closely with Product, Design, and Data Science to build and enhance the Issuing product for a large number of platforms and marketplaces who are building their ecosystems on Stripe.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing an organization of 30-50 engineers.
• Experience in managing managers and multiple projects.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain effective teams.
• Experience in defining missions and executing goals.
• Ability to drive core product and user metrics.
• Experience in user-facing product design and shipping.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management and Design.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and operate autonomously.
• Strong decision-making and trade-off skills.
• Continuous optimization mindset.
