Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated Tech Lead for Backend to join our dynamic systems engineering team. As the Tech Lead for Backend, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the competencies in backend software engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing competency metrics.
• Ability to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
