System Administrator (Tier 1) - Remote

In Short

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for workstations, servers, and systems.
• Manage Microsoft cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Conduct asset management and support user configurations.
• Participate in cloud and on-premises migrations.
• Assist with network configurations and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO, and CMMC standards.
• Willingness to work after hours as needed.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in all work aspects.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 implementations.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for workstations and servers.
• Understanding of O365 Entra and user permissions.
• Knowledge of cloud services like Azure and SharePoint.
• Exposure to networking concepts including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Ability to manage helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Proficient in operating systems: Apple Mac, Linux, and Windows.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Basic understanding of NIST, ISO, and CMMC compliance.
