In Short

• Lead and manage software-related projects in higher education.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Track project budget and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage SIG resources and client resources assigned to projects.
• Provide advisory services for change management.
• Develop risk management plans with clients.
• Communicate effectively with project sponsors and executives.
• Foster a collaborative work environment.
• Work remotely and travel approximately 25% as needed.

Requirements

• Five+ years of experience managing software-related projects within Higher Education.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems like Banner, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification preferred.
