• This is a remote position that involves travel.
• Deep expertise in Ellucian Banner, specifically within the Student Accounts Receivable module is required.
• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training and functional consulting.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student AR module.
• 5+ years in Higher Education Industry and with Ellucian Banner.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
• 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner Student AR module.
• Led strategic implementation of Banner Student AR functionality.
• Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student Accounts module.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Banner.
• Experience in a consulting capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience managing project-based work (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of vendor integrations (preferred).
