In Short

• Conduct practical sales training both online and on-site.
• Train and develop sales teams and leaders.
• Develop innovative training concepts with your team.
• Support and motivate sales teams through individual coaching.
• Act as a liaison within the company to align training with sales needs.
• Utilize industry experience, ideally from telecommunications, to enhance training.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales trainer or solid knowledge in sales, preferably in telecommunications or direct sales.
• Excellent didactic and conceptual skills complemented by enthusiasm and communication strength.
• Willingness to travel within the East and South region (between Leipzig and Augsburg) four days a week.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational skills, along with proficiency in common office tools.
• Commitment to openness, tolerance, and teamwork.
