In Short

• Conduct practical sales training online and on-site.
• Train and develop sales teams and leaders.
• Develop innovative training concepts with the team.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales trainer or solid knowledge in sales, preferably in telecommunications and/or direct sales.
• Excellent didactic and conceptual skills complemented by enthusiasm and communication strength.
• Willingness to travel within the East and South region (between Leipzig and Augsburg) four days a week.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational skills, along with proficiency in common office tools.
• Commitment to openness, tolerance, and teamwork to foster a diverse company culture.
