In Short

  • Handle escalated support tickets and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality and SLA.

  • Contribute to identifying inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior specialists.
  • Manage customer escalations professionally.
  • Write and maintain internal documentation for support processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Customer Support or similar role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Remote working experience.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for solving issues and challenges.
  • Experience with Stripe and writing documentation is a plus.
  • Experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
