Overview

Join Storware as a Support Specialist L1/L2, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical assistance and support for our data protection solutions.

In Short

  • Act as the first line of contact for clients.
  • Work with Jira system for ticket management.
  • Provide support for virtualization and storage technologies.
  • Analyze and diagnose issues in virtual and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for complex incidents.
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base.
  • Work in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Polish and English.
  • Conduct initial analysis and classification of support tickets.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of Linux systems.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with OpenStack and OpenShift is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing system.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
