Attorney Professional Development Lead - Remote

Overview

The Attorney Professional Development Lead will collaborate with partners and senior professional stakeholders on the continued legal education (CLE) of all fee-earners across the business, ensuring associates have a point of contact for non-technical matters and assisting with work allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm environment.
• Coaching or L&D qualification with 8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365 skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Handles confidential material with discretion.
