FSL is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our technology initiatives and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership in Web3.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Solidity, Rust, Python.
• Experience with AWS and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of blockchain networks like Solana, Polygon, Ethereum.
• Understanding of engineering best practices.
• Experience in Web3 game development is preferable.
