CS Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

FSL is looking for a CS Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team, focusing on enhancing customer service workflows and overall customer experience.

In Short

• Define customer service workflows.
• Analyze process requirements and recommend optimization solutions.
• Assist with the design and rollout of new support channels.
• Measure and improve overall customer experience levels.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of CS Operations (SLAs, KPIs, Reporting Structure, Budgets).
• At least 5 years of Customer Service experience, including 1 year of leadership.
• Experience in CS Operations, Project Coordination/Management is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry is a plus.
• High performer who challenges the status quo.
• Strong communicator with high English speaking abilities.
• Driven by results, with the ability to manage independently.
