In Short

• Define and execute legal strategy across jurisdictions.
• Lead risk management and ensure multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
• Oversee corporate governance and global entity management.
• Protect IP and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to safeguard data and lead Privacy Program.
• Embed consumer and regulatory compliance into product and marketing strategies.
• Handle disputes, investigations, and external counsel relationships.
• Own Contract Lifecycle Management in partnership with Procurement.
• Support audits, tax strategy, compensation, and global workforce compliance.
• Ensure regulatory oversight of payment systems and data use.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in consumer tech.
• Proven ability to build scalable legal processes.
• Strong communicator with a practical approach to complex legal issues.
• Ethical, decisive, and trusted by stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a passion for innovation.
