Senior IT Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer with deep expertise in networking, security, and Microsoft 365 platforms. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting network and collaboration solutions across multiple communities.

In Short

• Design, deploy, and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi network infrastructure.
• Configure and optimize Fortinet firewalls for security and connectivity.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services.
• Plan and execute IT projects ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Work closely with operational leaders to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security regulations.
• Document system configurations and operational procedures.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues.
• 3+ years in a senior IT engineering role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior IT engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking.
• Strong Fortinet firewall experience.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing IT projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed IT team.
