Included Health is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to be a part of our Digital Workplace Engineering team. You will be a partner in the design, implementation, and management of our identity systems portfolio.

In Short

• Partner across the organization to identify and resolve issues related to IT systems.
• Manage business critical systems and SaaS applications.
• Work with vendors to implement SSO integrations with Okta.
• Enhance the IaC landscape with Okta Terraform.
• Resolve inefficiencies through automation.
• Implement technical improvements for a security-first environment.
• Produce documentation around processes and workflows.
• Partner with security and compliance teams.
• Mentor IT support team members.
• Lead complex projects and manage multiple work streams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on enterprise development expertise with SaaS applications.
• Experience with complex integrations and automations.
• Extensive experience with Terraform.
• Excellent communication skills.
• History of presenting analysis clearly.
• Prior experience in high-growth, pre-IPO companies.
