Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to work with us. The FP&A Analyst is a high-impact, technology-forward finance role responsible for integrating financial expertise with advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven workflow design. This position will be one day remote and four days in the office.

In Short

• Build scalable financial models and forecasting systems
• Develop automated reporting and dashboard processes
• Implement data controls and workflow automation
• Transform raw operational data into actionable financial intelligence
• Lead development of dynamic annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Design driver-based financial models integrating labor, census, and operational KPIs
• Build scenario and sensitivity models using advanced Excel and AI-enhanced tools
• Own monthly reporting packages ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Design executive dashboards with real-time KPI tracking
• Automate recurring reporting processes and budget variance commentary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, modeling)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and operational finance
• Ability to connect financial outcomes to underlying business drivers
