Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Analyst is the financial backbone of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will serve as the "source of truth" for our books — owning the full accounting cycle from transaction review to monthly close, while acting as a trusted resource for employees, vendors, and leadership alike.

In Short

• Own the full accounting cycle from transaction review to monthly close.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the ledger is audit-ready.
• Manage vendor communications and ensure timely bill payment.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports for investors.
• Serve as a resource for employee finance inquiries.
• Partner with audit and tax teams for timely deliverables.
• Analyze vendor contracts for insights and negotiations.
• Proactively identify gaps in workflows.
• Maintain precision across high-volume transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years in public or corporate accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Strong command of US GAAP.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing.
• Comfortable interfacing with employees and vendors.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Chargebee, or HubSpot is desirable.
• Exposure to automated reconciliation software is advantageous.
