Finance & Business Development Working Student - Remote

Overview

We’re a stealth, VC-backed pre‑seed/seed stage start-up disrupting a legacy mobility sector. With a proven expansion blueprint and a targeted M&A strategy, we’re set to triple revenue this year. Our founders – serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors – are now launching into a new market.

In Short

• Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts for bookkeeping.
• Help build controlling structures and support financial planning.
• Collaborate with payroll providers for payroll coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounting partners.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial data for M&A projects.

Requirements

• A true generalistic finance and accounting enthusiast.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive communicator and team player.
• Passionate about accounting, finance, and the start-up ecosystem.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s programme.
• Fully fluent in German.
• Available for >6 months ideally in Berlin.
• First experiences in accounting and finance is a plus.
