  • Utilize tools like Clay, Apollo, and LLMs for automation.
  • Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Track metrics obsessively to optimize performance.
  • Own the outbound tech stack and maintain data hygiene.
  • Document successful experiments into repeatable systems.
  • Write compelling sales enablement content and lightweight marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in growth, demand gen, or GTM roles at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools.
  • AI-native with experience using LLMs for research and copy generation.
  • Strong English writing skills for creating engaging content.
  • Experience with US B2B SaaS markets.
  • Technical comfort with APIs and automation tools.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on optimization.
  • Strong async communication skills.
