Requirements

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and assess information accuracy.
  • Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in data entry and using automated systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations related to eligibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
