Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking 2nd shift Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Responds to requests for information by patient/account holders.
• Acts to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigates and responds to client enquiries.
• Enters and monitors payment arrangements.
• Adhere to all applicable laws.
• Must have broadband internet and camera requirements.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in Call Center or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient billing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
