In Short

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of CRM campaigns focusing on email and direct mail.
• Engaging customers throughout the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
• Analyzing relevant KPIs to develop data-driven marketing channels and activities.
• Collaborating closely with a team of marketers, e-commerce experts, IT, and others.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in CRM, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience with common CRM tools (Emarsys, Hubspot, etc.).
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity.
