Our client is on a mission to equip craftsmen with ergonomic and high-quality tools. To ensure first-class service even after purchase, they are looking for a dedicated Backoffice Specialist.

In Short

• You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handling complaints and warranty cases.
• Your goal is to ensure excellent customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
• You will manage customer support via email and phone.
• You will coordinate the entire order processing, including tracking, returns management, and complaints.
• You will work with your team and external partners to continuously improve customer service.
• You will become a product expert to support customers quickly and competently.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have some experience in customer service.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and responsibility are a given for you.
• Ideally, you have experience with Shopify and a common ticket system.
• You are characterized by strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Your positive demeanor and persuasiveness win people over.
