Overview

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Southeast Region Growth Leader to oversee business development for existing offices in Florida and surrounding states, focusing on expanding transportation-related professional services.

In Short

Key contact and service manager for clients in transportation markets.
Provide leadership and mentoring for the transportation team.
Supervise Client Service Managers in the southeast region.
Develop strategic business and client plans.
Increase market share with state DOT and local government clients.
Identify new service opportunities in the transportation market.
Maintain and update sales opportunities in CRM.
Lead Go/No-go decision process for projects.
Oversee project performance and resolve issues.
Participate in project scoping and proposal preparation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management.
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
Established relationships with state DOT and local government clients.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Working knowledge of design software.
Knowledge of the southeast regional market.
Demonstrated business development skills.
Experience with alternate delivery methods.
