• Able to debug infrastructure issues and review PRs.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Clear communication and collaborative work style.
• Familiarity with ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, Sui, or Cosmos.
• Open to regular travel to Munich for community representation.
• Able to speak up when it matters.
