In Short

Ensure uptime and performance of blockchain network infrastructure
Own routine and emergency maintenance including updates and patches
Monitor systems proactively and respond quickly to alerts or incidents
Investigate and mitigate outages or downtime with urgency
Design and improve network architecture and workflows
Configure and maintain network hardware, bare metal servers, and firewalls
Set up and maintain load balancers and secure networking practices
Continuously develop operational processes and documentation

Requirements

Experienced systems or infrastructure engineer with strong Linux skills
Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, and bare metal is a plus
Hands-on experience with firewalls and load balancers
Knowledge of networking and architecture
Able to independently manage and improve systems performance
Crypto/blockchain experience is welcome but not required
Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative
Prepared to cover on-call duties
Open to occasional travel and enjoy working in a distributed team
Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration
