In Short

• Manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and post journal entries with documentation.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with year-end closings.

• Proficiency in English at a C2 level is required.
• 3+ years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. Tax Law is preferred.
